If your proof or author copy arrived with printing errors, such as shifting text or images that
are cut off, visit My proof or author copy has printing errors.
Within 30 days of receiving damaged proof or author copies, contact us about a refund. If it has been more than 30 days since the delivery estimate has passed, the shipment is no longer eligible for a refund.

Packaging feedback
We make every attempt to make sure your order is packaged securely and efficiently. Most Amazon orders are shipped in corrugated containers with air-filled packing pillows as needed for protection.
